Do I book an appointment if I need a prescription refilled?

Have your pharmacy fax a refill request to the office.

What if I am having heart-related issues and my family doctor is unavailable?

Some issues can be resolved with your own physician, such as changes in blood pressure. Call our office to schedule a consult with your cardiologist. You should ALWAYS call 911 or go to the emergency department if you have immediate concerns.

At the Windsor location, parking is $3.00 flat-rate, cash only. You are required to pay upon exit.

At the Essex Location, parking is free.

What is the payment protocol for patients without OHIP?

Patients who do not have OHIP are required to pay cash prior to or on the day of their appointment. WHI can provide the necessary paperwork that you will need if you have private or out-of-province insurance and are looking to be reimbursed if covered.

Out-of-province patients should bring their current health card, identification, and previous and current address in order to validate coverage.
